Section II adopts substantially, the Interpretation clause of the Imperial Act.

himitation of the Liability of Inheepers and protects them against all Losses or Injuries not

occurring by their
Default or that of their Servants, provided that they show that the utmost care that could be reasonably expected was used to protect property.-

Section IV limits the liability
of Innkeepers for losses or Injuries to the Property of Guest arising from Larcenies by the dintreeper's Servants to the sum of $500, unless
have been deposited with him for safe custody

goods
provided
by the Imperial Act- a Proviso is inserted to meet the case of personal default by the dunkeeper or of Frand or Collusion
